Harambee Sports Club supports diversity, equity and cultural humility in youth sports. Harambee is a Swahili word that translates to “working or pulling together.” We see sports as an engaging and challenging experience that must support youth with positive role models and provide them with opportunities to create connections with each other and their communities. Harambee Free Play Futsal 2025-26

Free Play resumes January 2026. NO Cost and open to all middle school (grades 6-8) and high school (grades 9-12) aged players. Free registration. Indoor free play will run Mondays and Fridays January - March 2026

Middle School - Mondays, 6:00-7:00pm

High School - Mondays, 7:00-8:30pm

HS/18+ - Fridays, 6:00-7:30pm

Harambee Sports Club's futsal teams compete in the MN Futsal League (sanctioned by the US Youth Futsal) and train November 2025 to March 2026.

Camp Harambee is our annual FREE soccer training camp for high school girls and boys. We anticipate that Camp Harambee 2026 will return in July.

Join Harambee STars outdoor Team

The Harambee Stars team is for current or recently graduated high school soccer players. We will compete in the Futsal Society Summer League, a FREE 8v8 league.

Season starts SUMMER 2026.

Houseplants for youth

Share your houseplants with young people! Harambee Sports Club has an ongoing community engagement and wellbeing project collecting houseplant cuttings from friends and neighbors. Plant cuttings will be propagated, potted and distributed to teens participating in our programming. Learn more.
